All units are available in different sizes.

We offer you 3 quality levels:

Level #1:   Simply said it's our best quality. 

Walls 2"x4" studs, 25 year shingles, larger window, felt paper under the siding.

Level #2:   Very good quality units. 

Walls 2"x3" studs, 25 year shingles, medium window.

Level #3:    Budget wise units, still good quality. 

Walls 2"x3" studs, 20 year shingles, small window.

All levels are built with plywood and dry lumber.  

Would you be happy with less?

Floors in all units are constructed with 2"x6" pressure treated joists & 5/8" pressure treated plywood.

Concrete Slab

We can offer you a concrete floor instead of the wooden floor.

No more worries of little "critters" living under your unit.

No shifting with the frost.

We pour the concrete slab and offer a lifetime warranty.
